Jaxon and Kaelyn spent the other weekend at my inlaws house. It was a nice break just to spend time with Hadley.  Sometimes we feel like she gets neglected.  Thankful they can spend some time with their grandparents.

Brian, Jaxon, Andrew and Russell went skiing in Boone for the day.  I stayed at home with the girls.  Jaxon did so good.  He went down some of the slopes by himself.

Before the boys left to go skiing Kaelyn throws up in her bed the night before.  We decided to take it easy while they were gone.  She had no other accidents.  But I did confine her to her room.  She did really well sitting in the recliner and I the laptop on her dresser and she watched movies all day.

Brian and I had been switching off and helping out when Awana every week.  Then in January I decided I didn't mind getting out of the house and helping every week.  I help out with a kindergarten group.  We usually have 8-10.  We have a pretty active group.  Its fun though.

Hadley has been fussy lately because she is teething.  When we get in the car and she cries, its so sweet when I hear the kids break out in song and will sing Jesus Loves Me to her and it will quiet her.

Jaxon loves his new astronaut costume that a friend gave us.  He likes to dress up in Kaelyn's dress up clothes so I was in search for more boy costumes.

Kaelyn getting ready for the father daughter dance.  I was so excited that she got to spend the evening with her daddy. They went with 2 other dads to dinner and then to the dance  Her friend Jocelyn were twins.  Coordinating dresses and shoes.
Brian went out and got her flowers.  She didn't last long at the dance.  But it was fun.

Went to Hadley's boyfriends first birthday- Theo had a where the wild things are party.

Jaxon and I got cheap tickets and I took him to Marvel live- a superhero event.  He had a great time and we went on a double date with our friends Amy and her son Timmy.

Its finally getting a little warm outside and we can enjoy a family bike ride

Kaelyn enjoys her swim lessons.

Kaelyn and I were invited with our friends Jessica and her daughter Joelyn for pedicure and manicures.  We celebrated her friend Joelyn's birthday. Kaelyn was a hoot and provided entertainment by just talking to everybody in the nail salon.

Jaxon celebrated Dr Seuss at school for the week and got to dress up each day.  They also read one of his books each day and have craft time.

Jaxon continues to enjoy Awana.  It's so exciting when he memorizes his verses.  He can even recite the books of the New Testament.
